Hi Trevor. A huge thanks to you and your wife for installing our new Freesat box and satellite dish. We were at first a bit in awe of it as new technology terrifies us, but we've taken to it like ducks to water! Already benefiting from the advantage of watching one programme whilst recording another, which we find astonishing. Today Trevor came to fit a satellite dish and Freesat HD box. Excellent speedy service. Trevor took time to show me through the setup, remote control etc and the necessary paperwork, warranties and guarantees. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trevor. Money well spent.

Just a quick note to thank you for your time and expertise. I had some concerns about a large, prominent dish sitting way above the roofline for all to see and was amazed to find a small dish mounted just above the roof and certainly not an eyesore. A very neat and tidy installation.
Your help with the setting up of the system was also a great help. What would have taken me weeks of reading manuals and attempting to decipher technical gobbledegook was completed in 15 minutes. Wonderful.

If you've ever wondered and then thought maybe not, then think again... Within a few days I had a quote which worked for me (and ultimately cheaper than I have been paying SFR for years). Quick and efficient, the team turned up and... In a few short hours we have access to loads of UK TV channels and a broadband service which matches our UK provider. A HUGE thank you!

We are so very grateful that you were so very helpful with a quite complicated problem that you were able to solve. First of all you suggested a solution, and then when we couldn't ourselves make it work, you were able to get it up and runnning. My husband is over the moon that he's got his cricket. I still only have Wimbledon on the computer....our local supplier has kept us waiting, without info, for three weeks for the correct dish. We wish there was a Brittany TV down here in the Pyrenees! Enough said, and thanks again!

I would have no problem giving you a 5 star rating. You do exactly what you say you are going to do when you say are going to do it. I have used enough contractors here to know that is a rarer situation than most people would believe. The information and the advice you provided even before the order was placed gave us a high confidence level the process would go well.

I write to thank you for the recent install you carried out of our Satellite Broadband system. Once again you have excelled yourself in carrying out a very satisfactory install. Even my supplier "Phonexpat" could not believe the speed that you completed the install. Your pleasant manner in dealing with this problem which is not within the normal field of providing TV satellite systems.
I am proud and confident in recommending you to anyone in need of any Satellite System whether it be TV or Broadband. Your workmanship and pleasant attitude that you have shown us during our previous installs like our Sky systems and now the Broadband service, has been a pleasure doing business with you. Especially also knowing that you provide a very good after sales service.
Too many times we have read of the cowboys out there getting on the band wagon and proclaiming to be install engineers when all they know is how to put a dish up and then vanish.
