We are so confident of the quality of the products that we supply and the installation that we make, that we are able to offer a comprehensive in-home one year guarantee on all full systems supplied and fitted by us.
In the rare case of breakdown of any parts supplied and fitted by us, we will exchange the item(s) at your home and try to ensure that you are not without your English television channels. We DO NOT send faulty goods away for repair like some others do.
The electronic components of a satellite dish supplied by us will be guaranteed for 1 year from the date of sale , but may NOT be covered if any external force (except for normal weather conditions) changes the alignment of the dish. We cannot guarantee the on going picture quality of any dish that is not supplied by us.
All products supplied by us but not installed by us are subject to the normal 1 year guarantee, provided that the equipment is installed correctly.
We strongly recommend that, due to the rather unstable French power supply, an "anti-surge" device is used to protect all electronic equipment (available through us). The guarantee does not cover damage caused by erratic power supply, damp, overheating or shock/mechanical damage.
All items supplied mail order are guaranteed for one year, on a return to base basis. Reasonable postage costs will be reimbursed.
